Nature of our service

SKK Immigration Services is a private consultancy. We provide consultation and general guidance on the work permit process for Dubai (UAE), Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia and European countries, including information on documents, attestation, medical requirements and emigration clearance.

No government affiliation

We are not a government body and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by any government, embassy, consulate or authority of India or of any other country. Official applications, portals and fees are managed by the relevant employers and government authorities.

Not a recruiting agency

We are not a recruiting agency. We do not offer, sell, arrange or promise jobs. Any job offer is between you and your employer. Be cautious of anyone who promises a job in exchange for money.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any visa, work permit, job, approval or timeline. All decisions are made solely by employers and the relevant government authorities. Our guidance does not change these decisions.

Fees

Our consultancy fees, if any, are explained to you before you decide to proceed. Government fees, employer requirements and third-party charges (such as attestation or medical fees) are separate and are set by those organisations.

Your responsibilities

• Provide true, complete and genuine documents and information
• Check final requirements with your employer and the official authorities
• Keep your original documents safe
